Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
You will have previous experience working within a fast-paced kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage.

Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep.
