We are looking for a
Senior Barista who is an experienced coffee professional, combining expert beverage preparation with team leadership, staff training, and day-to-day operational management.
Key responsibilities
- To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
- Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
- Manage payments and any cash handling.
- Daily stock takes of products available

- Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
- Language proficiency
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred.
