A well-appointed rehabilitation centre in Rustington, West Sussex, catering for an average of 50 customers daily. We offer breakfast, lunch and night service at this location. This is a 52 week contract which operates 7 days a week with shifts ranging from morning to evening. Contracts can be either full time, part time or casual. Additional benefits include free on-site parking and a free meal on duty.
We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Rustington. If you are a current Head Chef or Sous Chef working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, please apply today. You will have the opportunity to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus, showcasing your skillset.
Key responsibilities:
- Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
- Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
- Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
- Be a great team player and report to the Executive Chef.
You will have the following skills:
- A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service.

- An organised person with attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good standard of written English and reading skills.
