Responsibilities
- Cover Head Chef or Chef Manager holiday and sickness
- Support with mobilisations
- Provide troubleshooting support at locations that require additional assistance
- Cover vacancies
- Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following company brand standards
- Create bespoke seasonal menus from regional and local suppliers
- Complete food costings as required
- Complete company bookwork
- Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled
