Overview
London. Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Salary: £51,000. Hours: 40h per week. Our brand new, state of the art central production unit caters for some of our smaller B&I locations across London. The team here supports our locations with homemade grab & go options along with various other offerings from cooked lunches to event catering. This is a full-time operation and runs from Sunday to Thursday.
We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London. If you are a current Head Chef or Sous Chef working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, then please apply today. You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
Key Responsibilities- To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
- To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
