An independent Catholic day school for girls aged 2–18 with a co-ed Nursery in Sunninghill near Ascot, catering for just over 460 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and operate Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Ascot. If you are a current Head Chef or Sous Chef working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, then please apply today. You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:
  • To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
  • To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
  • Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great team player.

Knowledge / competencies:
