We are seeking a reliable and skilled Casual Chef to join our kitchen team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work under pressure, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items in line with established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior staff
