We cater for a number of events ranging from corporate and private meetings to match days, with a variety of Food & Beverage outlets. It is an outstanding venue that offers attendees a fun day out with free parking and tickets for games.
We are looking for a customer focused Casual Bartender / Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious client locations. Thomas Franks is a founder led, fresh food catering business with a focus on excellence and service delivered with individuality, passion and style. Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations and company standards.
- Provide excellent front of house service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders, process payments, and operate tills accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas at all times.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol, checking identification where required.
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic bar setup before, during, and after events.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
