A fabulous new B&I location for the UK\’s biggest gas distribution network. Based in Coventry. We cater for about 600 daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch, Deli bar and mobile coffee cart and vending. There is a good amount of hospitality at this location and operates Monday to Friday. Additional benefits of this location are free use of onsite gym and free parking.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in Coventry. CV7 9JU

The Vaccancy is Monday to Friday – 30 Hours per week 9.30am – 3.30pm

You’ll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness.

• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
• Receiving & putting away orders
• Flexible to additional hours on occasions
• Great team player
• Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
• Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
• Operate industrial dishwasher

We are looking for:

• Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Organisation Skills.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
