A UK charity which trains dogs to alert deaf people to a variety of sounds in Princes Risborough. This location caters from breakfast and lunch through the on site café and also provides hospitality along with external events. This location operates 7 days a week so working patterns tend to be 5 over 7 days. We are looking for a talented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Princes Risborough. If you are a current chef or want to train and develop to become a chef by joining our chefs academy then. You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
- To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great team player

Knowledge / Competencies
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
