A private day school in Bolton, Greater Manchester, catering for 2850 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of mid-morning break with a full lunch offering including grab & go, along with various hospitality offerings. Operating predominantly Monday to Friday with exceptions for events on some weekends. There is plenty of free parking in the vicinity of the school.
We are looking for a talented Executive Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Bolton. If you are a current Executive Head Chef or Head Chef working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, then please apply today. Key responsibilities:- To work well in a team, lunch & hospitality across a large school with 2 production kitchens and various serving locations.
- To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
