Job Description

Stadia Head Chef Dunfermline Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £ 38,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week

A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a number of different events through the year ranging from corporate and private meeting & events to the absolutely enthralling match days over the course of the year. With a variety of Food & Beverage outlets to choose from, it is an outstanding venue that offers attendees a fun day out. Free parking and tickets for games.

We are looking for a talented Stadia Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dunfermline.

If you are a current Head chef or Sous Chef working with fresh ingredients and in a fast paced environment then please apply today.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:
• To work well in a team, providing match day, breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player

Knowledge / competencies:
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
