Job Description
Night Chef Rugby Contract: Part Time, Permanent
Salary: £14
Hours: 10 per week
A fantastic B&I location in Rugby for a leading soft drink company. Catering for 300 at this location. We have a breakfast and lunch offering here with some hospitality. This is a 7 days a week, 24 hour operation. So working pattern will be 5 days over 7. Additional benefit of this location is free parking.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Night Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in Rugby.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
An enhanced DBS, Identity & reference checks (covering the last five years) will form part of the selection process.
Key responsibilities:
- To work well in a team, providing Dinner to location employees.
- Supporting on prep and mise en place for the following days service
- To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

Knowledge / competencies
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
