Our brand new, state of the art central production unit that caters for some of our smaller B&I locations across London. The team here support our locations with home made grab & go options along with various other offerings from cooked lunches to event catering. This is a full time operation 5 days out of 7; 12pm to 8pm.

We are looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.

If you are a current chef or want to train and develop to become a chef by joining our chefs academy then please apply today.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

  • To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
  • To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
  • Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
  • Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great team player

Knowledge / competencies:

  • Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
