A full-time, permanent position in a prep school and nursery located in South East London, catering for just under 500 students and teachers daily. The role involves assisting the chef manager and sous chef in all areas of food preparation and cooking, serving pupils and staff, following HACCP and allergen procedures, and helping with extra hospitality events.
