One of the world's largest law firms with their UK HQ in London, catering for around 700 people daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast and lunch in the restaurant along with lots of high-end, frequent hospitality. This role is Monday to Friday and the location benefits from great transport links.
We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in London.
Key responsibilities:- To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors.
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly.
- Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation.
- Manage payments and any cash handling.
- Daily stock takes of products available.
- Excellent customer service.
- An all-round team player.
- Barista experience essential.
- Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
- Similar experience of customer and/or food preparation environment is preferred.
