A fabulous independent day school for girls and part of a large group of schools, set in the heart of gorgeous Notting Hill, London. Catering for about 565 students and teachers, we offer a core feeding of lunch and mid-morning snack. We also provide catering for two other locations next door. There will be some hospitality offering at this location. This is a term-time only contract working 40 weeks a year, operating Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London. You will ideally have previous experience of working within a busy environment as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant. You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure weekly site book work is completed on time and accurately according to weekly return tick sheet.
  • Ensure cash up is completed daily.
  • Prepare and hand over weekly banking to the school.
  • Complete hospitality sheet for the BOH and FOH.
  • Print the labels per request.
  • Process all the invoices daily and get reports weekly.
  • Fill HACCP for the hot and cold hold food records.
  • Run reports for PDQ machines.
  • Ensure student numbers are updated and communicated to kitchen and Front of House.
  • Respond to customer queries.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer care is performed at all times.
  • Ensure all written correspondence is correct, accurate and to the required standard.
  • Assist management team with daily checking of all due diligence.
  • Flexibility to assist Front of House if the need arises (i.e. staff illness or increased numbers).
  • To carry out any other duty as reasonably asked by the management team.
You will have the following skills:
  • Experience of working within a busy office environment processing invoices, updating stock sheets, inputting data.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Office.
  • An all-round team player.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
