Private Client Solicitor – Orpington (Full Time)
Thomas Dunton Solicitors LLP is recruiting an experienced lawyer to join our private client team in Orpington, Kent.
The role will focus on wills, estates, LPAs, Court of Protection, tax planning and trusts as an extension of our wills and probate department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine wills, wills conflicts and revocation documents.
- Advise clients on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications.
- Manage and interact with CP Act LPA cases and Court of Protection applications.
- Collaborate with senior solicitors and partners to share best practice.
Qualifications
- Admitted solicitor or qualified legal practitioner with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of wills, estates and related statutory provisions.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a tight team environment.
Location: Orpington, Kent – excellent rail links to Central London (under 20 minutes).
