Property Lawyer (Experienced)

Role Description

This is a full‑time role for an experienced Property Lawyer located in Orpington. The Property Lawyer will be responsible for handling a broad range of property transactions, conducting property law research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to clients. The candidate will manage cases efficiently from instruction through completion, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain client relationships.

• Experience in residential conveyancing and providing property law advice
• Experience in management role
• Ability occasionally to assist in private client work would be a bonus!
• Desire to help develop commercial property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
