Thomas Door & Window Controls is a friendly, family-run specialist business, and we are looking for a highly organised, resilient Administrator to work closely with our Works Manager and support our growing operations. This is a key role at the heart of the business. You will be the main link between customers and management, helping ensure our fast-paced operation runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising Job Sheets: Accurately create and distribute job sheets for our team.
- Answering Phones: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- General Administrative Tasks: Keep the office organized, handle emails, and assist with filing and data entry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive and approachable personality.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred but not essential).
