Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)

Working Pattern: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Thursday; 8am – 3.30pm on Friday

Salary: Pathway 3, £23,339 - £24,889 (FTE £27,254 - £29,064)

Site: Queen Katharine Academy

Your role: As our Safeguarding Administrator, you will be at the heart of our commitment to creating a secure, nurturing environment where students feel protected and valued. You will work closely with our Safeguarding Manager and DSL team, supporting the coordination, accuracy and responsiveness of our safeguarding provision. Your days will be purposeful and varied, monitoring safeguarding inboxes and MyConcern logs, gathering the voice of the child, managing online safety monitoring systems, liaising with external agencies, ensuring vital records are up to date, and providing calm, confident administrative support in situations where sensitivity and discretion are essential.

  • Experience in a school or safeguarding setting (helpful but not mandatory)
