Each of our seven Cambridgeshire academies has its own Local Advisory Committee. These committees are a vital part of our academy communities, offering valuable strategic insight, supporting academy leaders, and shaping lasting opportunities for 5,000 young people across TDET.
We believe exceptional education comes from strong governance and a mix of diverse voices. We’re looking for community-minded people who want to get involved and make a real difference. By volunteering at one of our seven academies as a Local Advisory Committee Member, you’ll be offering valuable strategic insight, supporting academy leaders and shaping lasting opportunities for young people across TDET.
Your work will be essential to:
- Setting, leading and supporting our vision and strategic direction.
- Monitoring teaching and learning throughout our academies.
- Raising attainment.
- Ensuring our young people are safe and that we are providing the best education possible.

Responsibilities:
- Provide valuable strategic insight to support academy leaders and shape opportunities for students across TDET.

- Support safeguarding and ensure the safety and well-being of young people within the academies.
