As Attendance Administrator, you will ensure every student is accounted for and supported to attend, achieve and thrive. You will record, monitor and analyse attendance, maintain accurate systems, and work closely with pastoral teams to reduce absence and lateness. This is a role where confidence with data meets compassion for people. You will communicate with students, staff and families, build positive relationships, and play a key part in safeguarding and supporting pupils to stay engaged in education.
