The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic and operational leadership. You will build on existing strengths while shaping a compelling vision for the future, ensuring the highest standards of education, care and family support. The successful candidate will:
- Provide inspirational leadership that maintains high-quality teaching, learning and care.
- Develop and deliver a clear strategic vision for the future of the school.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with staff, governors, families and partners throughout periods of change.
- Strengthen the school's financial sustainability and operational effectiveness.
- Champion inclusion, safeguarding and excellent outcomes for all children.
- Work collaboratively with the governing body and wider stakeholders to ensure the continued success of the school.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of senior leadership in Early Years/Primary education
- Has experience of leading organisational change and creating financial sustainability with empathy and integrity.
- Has a deep understanding of child development, inclusive practice and high-quality early years education.
- Can inspire, motivate and develop a talented and committed staff team.
- Has experience of building strong partnerships with families, health professionals, local authorities and wider community organisations.
- Is committed to safeguarding, equality and promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning
