Overview
An opportunity to join a successful and expanding travel company in their operations and ticketing department. You will be responsible for processing clients’ holiday bookings to Australia, Africa and Asia, including issuing tickets, paying suppliers, dealing with airlines and resolving problems.

Qualifications
- Travel industry and/or customer service experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. However, you will need:
- Previous administration and/or accounts experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills and an aptitude for figures
- A cheerful and confident telephone manner
- The ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
- A good geographical knowledge and an interest in travel
