Showroom Advisor – weekends – Newbury £9.35 per hour (including 50p per hour store specific location allowance) benefits including 20% staff discount*, pension Permanent contract of 16 hours, working weekends.

Responsibilities:- Provide design inspiration, ideas, and support to customers.
- Ask questions, explore possibilities, and recommend the right products and services.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their dreams.
- Draw up designs and coordinate the resulting projects.
- Able to engage with all kinds of people and help them think bigger about their projects.
- Confident and friendly communicator, comfortable building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Good problem-solver and project manager with a keen eye for design.
- Willing to expand skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
- Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
