Customer Management Resourcing (CMR) is a boutique recruitment consultancy that specializes in mid & executive level roles within ‘Customer Management’. This includes all management or analytical roles surrounding Contact Centres, Customer Experience & A.I.

Are you experienced with holiday reservations and booking additional packages for customers? Are you looking for a role where you source these holiday extras and qualify to ensure the customers have the best experience? Then we have an exciting opportunity available for you.

Our client based in London is looking for a Holiday Reservations Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be sourcing and qualifying additional holiday experiences – these include excursions, additional packages, and trips.
