Office Angels Manchester are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of an established and market leading company for a brand new site opening in December in a beautiful building in Manchester City Centre. We are looking for a receptionist to deliver first class customer service to all visitors and employees on a daily basis. There will be 6 floors in the building so it will be a busy reception and we need someone who can be smiley, happy and friendly at all times.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all new visitors
  • Providing excellent customer service to all guests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Prepare meeting rooms
  • Issuing ID badges
  • Coordinate the repair of office equipment and ordering office supplies
  • Support the facilities team with any other tasks as required

The culture is best described as professional but relaxed so we are looking for someone who comes from a professional services environment and who can adapt their style accordingly. Previous receptionist experience is essential and we are also looking for someone who can be very adaptable, is able to assist colleagues with any issues that arise and work well with other members of the facilities management team.

Customer service truly is central to this role and we will be looking for someone who can demonstrate how they have shown this value in their previous employment. Salary: £22,000 per annum

40 hour week between the hours of 8am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

25 days holiday
