One of the UK’s leading online trade printers has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and outgoing Customer Support Executive to join their growing team based in Manchester.
They offer trade print deals on business cards, flyers, leaflets and printing, working exclusively with design and print companies. Their UK-based central support team has been doing this for a long time and provide outstanding customer service and quick turnaround times for their customers.
Due to growth, they are looking for a bouyant individual to join their customer support team. Based at their studio in Trafford Park, you’ll add a little magic to their customers’ lives by making ordering easy and helping them to grow their businesses.
The role:
Responding to customer queries via email, phone and online chat
Assisting with product specifications and navigating website
Providing quotes
Investigating and resolving customer issues
Helping promote the company
Informing customers about services that could suit them
Suggesting products they may be interested in
About you:
Some customer service and sales experience is desirable
Design and print knowledge is desirable, though full training will be given to the right person
IT literate
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and driven
A great relationship builder
Good communication skills, verbal and written
They’ll provide you with full training on their processes and systems, but you’ll have the appetite to hit the ground running.
