About the role:

Due to increasing growth, we have a great opportunity to join our Claims team as a Claims Processor on a permanent basis, starting with immediate effect. Working Monday to Friday / 9-5 from the Manchester office, you will be providing support to the claims team across all classes of insurance and predominately dealing with Lloyds of London cases.

Your typical day will include:

Receiving, logging and acknowledging new claim submissions.
Loading claims onto the system
Issuing claims payments
Managing bordereau’s
Liaising with Brokers, Underwriters and Clients
Scanning, filing and other admin associated duties.

What you’ll need:

Office/administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Positive and pro-active attitude
Strong attention to detail
To be able to multi-task and manage your own workload under a set deadline.
