Candidate Profile
- An experienced construction professional with a strong background in residential housebuilding and a demonstrable track record of delivering high-volume programmes on time and to budget.
- Strong leadership and management qualities; experienced in coaching, developing and motivating site management teams to consistently high standards.
- Operating at regional management level, with the ability to work closely with and influence commercial, technical and sales functions of the business.
- Knowledge and experience of the NE market would be a distinct advantage, though our client will equally consider strong candidates from outside the region who are willing to relocate or commit to a weekly commute.
