Our client is known for delivering high-quality, value-for-money homes designed to make homeownership accessible. The business is focused on further growth in what is already a profitable, high-volume region, and seeks to appoint a Construction Director to lead their build function and drive delivery performance across the patch. Candidate Profile

  • An experienced construction professional with a strong background in residential housebuilding and a demonstrable track record of delivering high-volume programmes on time and to budget.
  • Strong leadership and management qualities; experienced in coaching, developing and motivating site management teams to consistently high standards.
  • Operating at regional management level, with the ability to work closely with and influence commercial, technical and sales functions of the business.
  • Knowledge and experience of the NE market would be a distinct advantage, though our client will equally consider strong candidates from outside the region who are willing to relocate or commit to a weekly commute.
