Thomas Cole Kinder is retained by a leading international real estate investor to appoint an Asset Management Manager in London. Our client is the UK subsidiary of a major global property group with a significant presence in the London market, having been involved in some of the capital's most high-profile development schemes. The business manages assets through a combination of directly held investments and long-standing joint venture partnerships with best-in-class developers. It is a lean, high-calibre team with strong institutional backing.

The Role

You will take an active role in the asset management of a portfolio of landmark London assets spanning office and residential. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities (tenant replacement, renewals, rent reviews), overseeing external property managers, managing JV and development partner relationships, supporting asset disposals, and driving pre-leasing for pipeline assets.

The Candidate

5–8 years' experience in asset management, gained within an institutional-quality business. Strong office sector knowledge is essential; residential asset management experience would be an advantage. MRICS qualification expected. You will be comfortable working in a small, international team, managing competing priorities, and engaging confidently with external partners and advisors.
