As the firm continues to scale, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-trust support to our Founder & CEO.
This is a senior support role for someone exceptional at managing complexity, anticipating needs and operating with absolute discretion. The successful candidate will work as the Founder’s right hand across the full spread of his commercial, content and personal commitments.
The Role:
- Provide direct, comprehensive support to the Founder across the full spread of his commercial and personal commitments.
- Own his diary, travel and communications, coordinate across the firm’s commercial workstreams and content production, and act as a trusted gatekeeper for his time and standards.
- Coordinate complex international travel, prepare briefing notes for high-net-worth client meetings, support podcasts or speaking engagements, liaise with editors on content campaigns, and manage inbound requests from media, partners and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Founder’s diary, ensuring time is allocated effectively across commercial, content, partnership and personal commitments.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and full itineraries.
- Manage inbound communications, prioritising correspondence and acting as a first-line filter for the Founder’s time.
- Prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes and supporting documents, and ensure agreed actions are tracked through to completion.
- Coordinate across internal team members and external partners to keep commercial workstreams progressing on the Founder’s behalf.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, partners and brand collaborators, representing the Founder’s standards in every interaction.
- Support the Founder’s content and personal brand operation, coordinating with editors, podcast hosts, event organisers and partnership brands.
- Manage personal commitments, lifestyle administration, restaurant and event bookings, and ad-hoc personal tasks.
- Maintain absolute discretion across all confidential business and personal information at all times.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff to a Founder, CEO or senior public-facing executive.
- Track record supporting a Founder or principal who attracts inbound media, podcast, public speaking and investment opportunities is highly advantageous.
- Highly commercially aware, with the capability to act and operate on the Founder’s behalf in commercial conversations and inbound opportunity discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex domestic and international diary and travel logistics with precision.
- Experience operating within high-net-worth, professional services or comparable environments such as luxury, finance or talent management is highly advantageous.
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Excellent written communication, with strong drafting and proofreading skills.
- Highly proficient with diary, productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana or equivalent).
- Comfortable coordinating with content production teams (editors, videographers, podcast hosts) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, including to the Founder’s overseas base.
- Willingness to flex working hours where required to support the Founder’s schedule, with appropriate boundaries respected.
Personal Qualities:
- Highly polished, professional and well-presented, with the ability to represent the Founder and the firm to an exceptional standard.
- Anticipatory by nature, with a strong instinct for what the Founder needs before being asked.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with the resilience to manage competing priorities and last-minute changes.
- Discreet, trustworthy and committed to absolute confidentiality.
- Strong judgement, comfortable making decisions on the Founder’s behalf where appropriate.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Genuinely committed to enabling the Founder to operate at his highest level.
