We are seeking a Strategic Advisor to join the Strategic Advisory department at Thomas and Co.
The primary goal is to provide business optimisation services for clients by providing valuable insights and hands-on support both internally and externally, ensuring that every interaction contributes to bringing our clients closer to achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and tracking KPIs with clients.
- Creating tailored management reports for clients, covering topics such as financials, KPIs, workload management, project status, pain points, client feedback, customer service, compliance, and other client-specific needs during monthly management meetings.
- Driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Preparation of PL & BS forecasts and budgets, building cash flow forecasts.
- Compiling group consolidated management accounts (using Excel, Fathom, Futrili)
- Preparing financials for investment and funding opportunities, as well as providing scenario modeling and forecasting upon request.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Qualified chartered accountant.
- Knowledge of the cloud accounting app stack.
- Industry experience
- Expertise in UAE/UK tax legislation is a strong advantage
