The Role
As a Client Broker, you’ll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to provide tailored insurance solutions and exceptional ongoing support.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Providing professional advice and support
- Negotiating with insurers to secure the best outcomes
- Delivering a first‑class customer experience at every interaction
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Has strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Is organised, proactive and detail‑oriented
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Has insurance or account management experience (preferred)
- Shares our values of professionalism, integrity and putting clients first
