Are you passionate about marketing and looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced team with a European focus? We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to support a wide variety of impactful marketing projects across multiple countries and languages. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and developing our library of product knowledge and business support materials, contributing to product launches, promotional campaigns, and educational literature updates. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring content accuracy, alignment with compliance standards, and the effective localisation of materials to support our customers and distributors across Europe. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the creation, update, and localisation of marketing materials across 23+ European languages * Assist in developing promotional campaigns, enrolment literature, and product launch content * Support the annual production of educational assets, including product guides and printed/digital materials * Work closely with the design team to manage workflow, reviews, and version control * Review multilingual content across various media formats (PDF, PowerPoint, video) for accuracy and consistency * Communicate with international teams including legal, regulatory, and translation specialists * Provide administrative support for marketing projects and translation processes * Assist in market prioritisation, new market research, and launch planning * Analyse usage and feedback on marketing materials to inform future improvements * Ensure compliance with European product and marketing standards * Cover for marketing colleagues when needed and contribute to general team support Key Requirements: * 1–2 years’ experience in marketing coordination, administration, or a related role * Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in content management * Excellent English writing and proofreading skills; additional language(s) desirable * Comfortable working in a multilingual and multicultural environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management platforms (e.g. Asana) * Familiarity with design processes or tools is a plus * A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in or knowledge of the direct selling/MLM industry is beneficial but not essential * Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
