HYBRID ROLE - 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE/ 2 HOME Commutable to Milton Keynes office

Are you a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for growth, data and customer experience? We’re looking for a talented digital leader to drive high-impact, data-led marketing initiatives across multiple European markets, focusing on engagement, conversion and measurable business results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver digital marketing strategy across Europe
  • Drive growth across web, search, paid media and lifecycle marketing
  • Optimise customer journeys, funnels and website performance (CRO)
  • Use data, analytics and insights to improve engagement and conversion
  • Implement personalisation, automation and AI-driven marketing tools
  • Collaborate with international teams across marketing and digital

What we’re looking for:

  • 7–10+ years’ experience in digital marketing / growth roles
  • Strong background in performance marketing, CRO, analytics and SEO
  • Experience improving website journeys, engagement and conversion
  • Data-driven with strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing technology, automation and AI tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience in eCommerce, FMCG, direct-to-consumer or similar sectors
