Are you detail-oriented, discreet, and fluent in both Italian and English? We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our EMEA team and support our global compliance operations. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN 18 MONTH FTC Hybrid working 3 days office in Milton Keynes – 2 days remote. Must live a commutable distance to the Milton Keynes office In this role, you will work closely with independent business partners, customers, and corporate counterparts across the EMEA region to ensure adherence to our policies, procedures, and regional regulations. Your expertise and guidance will play a key part in maintaining a compliant and ethical business environment. Key Responsibilities: * Educate and support independent business partners on compliance policies and procedures * Monitor online platforms for non-compliant activity (e.g., social media, websites, online sales) * Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence * Investigate and address policy violations, including duplicate accounts, cross-recruiting, and misrepresentation * Collaborate with global teams to enforce compliance standards * Maintain accurate documentation and manage compliance case files * Support trademark protection efforts * Occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate international time zones Qualifications & Experience: * Fluent in Italian and English (native-level proficiency preferred) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential matters * Prior knowledge of MLM (multi-level marketing) policies is preferred * High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks * Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about policy, compliance, and international collaboration within a values-driven environment
