Thomas Ashton School is seeking a dedicated role to support behaviour, attendance and safeguarding on-site.

You will work with pastoral teams to assist learners, building positive relationships with SEMH students and families while following guidance from teaching staff.

You will contribute to training on zones of regulation, restorative practice and trauma awareness, promoting calm, respectful interactions and effective pastoral support across the school.
