An experienced Exterior Painter is needed to join a leading property restoration specialist company based in Park Royal, London.
Over the last decade, Thomann-Hanry has grown significantly and continues to expand its portfolio of works requiring a dedicated team and resource to enable the company to deliver the best possible service to all clients. Our client, Thomann-Hanry, undertakes works to restore some of the most important and historic buildings in London such as the ‘National Gallery’ and the ‘Bank of England’.
The role would suit Exterior Painters who feel they can offer the exceptional standards of work that Thomann-Hanry provide to their clients. Whilst an exceptional standard of work is expected, it is important to us that candidates have good communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients, as well as the ability to present themselves and follow the company ethos.
Thomann-Hanry carries out painting, restoration, and cleaning to the finest residential and commercial properties in London and across the UK – more than half of our projects are on listed buildings such as the ‘National Gallery’ and the ‘Bank of England’.
To qualify, you should be an experienced Exterior Painter who can demonstrate the following:
- Blue CSCS Card.
- IPAF certification.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience and/or hold an NVQ in painting.
- Previous experience of working on high-end projects and painting sash windows.
- Experience in operating truck mount platforms (category 3a and self-propelled booms category 3b).
- Experience using ‘Repair Care’ resin.
- The majority of work will fall between Monday-Friday but the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is essential.
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working at heights in a predominantly outdoor environment.
- IPAF certification.
