We are seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day production of our bespoke tailored garments. This role is responsible for managing workflow, raw materials, quality and delivery timelines within the workshop. Working closely with cutters, tailors, and external craftspeople you will ensure garments are produced to the highest standards. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone with technical knowledge of tailoring, excellent organisational skills, and an appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the production workflow for bespoke garments from order through to completion.
  • Plan and coordinate workloads in collaboration with cutters, tailors and external craftspeople.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and dispatch garments to our international stores and to customers using courier services, with a working understanding of international shipping processes and the ability to resolve basic customs or delivery issues as they arise.
  • Identify and resolve production issues related to quality, construction or raw materials.
  • Coordinate fittings, alterations, and remakes as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the workshop and makers/partners.
  • Ensure fabrics, trimmings and materials are available in line with production schedules.
  • Receive and check invoices, supporting the finance team by ensuring invoices are accurate, approved and ready for processing.
