Job Mission
Act as a brand ambassador for Thom Browne. The main objective is to maintain and operate an efficient stock room enabling the sales team to maximize profitable sales. The stock room must be organised, managed and controlled to ensure the luxury quality of Thom Browne products is maintained and stock loss is minimized.
The Role
- Brand Ambassador
- Elevate the brand image and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
- Client management.
- Support Sales Advisors when needed.
- Advise clients to find products easily.
- Ensure first‑class client service is delivered and support the sales team by preparing products and advising them on stock availability or replenishment when core products are scarce.
- Drive product knowledge to remain fully up to date on the whole product range, including product care, stock availability and after‑services offered.
- Stock Management
- Maintain stock room standards that reflect the brand image at all times.
- Ensure that the appropriate quantity of products is in stock; all products are boxed, labelled and stored correctly in the stock room and items on display are properly maintained to reduce damage.
- Process all internal stock transfers, reorder at the time of movement.
- Conduct weekly rotational inventories and stock takes to minimise stock loss.
- Comment and explain discrepancies, resolve issues by searching for missing products and double‑checking all stock.
- Report KPIs to the store manager.
- Replenish products to ensure sufficient availability on the shop floor at all times.
- Ensure the stock room is easily accessible and follows all local H&S guidelines.
- Inform store management about out‑of‑stock items.
- Check stationary, supplies, packaging stock levels and place orders so supplies do not run out.
- Follow‑up and control orders.
- Process delivery invoices in a timely manner.
- Check all deliveries and confirm that the stock delivered corresponds to the invoices and that no stock is damaged.
- Communicate with the supply chain team in a timely manner regarding delivery couriers, customs issues, etc.
- Process all orders daily in a timely manner to reflect standards and maintain performance.
- Open tickets to raise issues.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxury.
- Fluency in English – other languages considered a plus.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Passionate representative of the Thom Browne world.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and ability to work independently.
- Confident, professional, comfortable working autonomously; strong written and verbal communication.
- Entrepreneurial.
- Passion for retail and stock management.
