We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our growing production team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and equipment: You will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment.
- Assembling products: You will accurately assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Health & safety regulations and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Enjoy working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Basic maths and reading skills.
