This encompasses delivery scheduling, detailed shipment planning (carton-level), outbound delivery notes processing, and the management of inbound returns and failed deliveries. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and drivers to optimise route planning and delivery scheduling.
