What You\’ll Do:

• Support the Workshop Manager in coordinating and supervising daily workshop operations.
• Distribute workloads based on team strengths and ensure timely service and repairs.
• Inspire and lead by example, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
• Ensure vehicles exceed customer expectations in appearance, functionality, and compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop workshop staff, sharing your technical expertise.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the workshop.
• Communicate progress, escalate unresolved issues, and uphold thl\’s customer-focused values.

What You\’ll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of mechanical expertise or a full NZQA Trade Certification.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and warranties.
• Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, train, and support your team.
• Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering top-notch service and fleet quality.
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in diagnostics, repairs, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Drive: Full driver\’s licence and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
