Working pattern: 37 hours per week, term‑time plus one week (39 weeks total).

Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers with classroom delivery, support small‑group work, contribute to engaging lessons, and help monitor student progress.
  • Provide pastoral care, build positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and maintain a supportive learning environment.
  • Use initiative and a proactive attitude to help students reach their academic, social, and emotional potential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good reading, writing, and maths skills, with GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Able to build good, professional relationships with children.
  • Works well alone and with others.
  • Clear and friendly communication with students, parents, and staff.
