- Assist teachers with classroom delivery, support small‑group work, contribute to engaging lessons, and help monitor student progress.
- Provide pastoral care, build positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and maintain a supportive learning environment.
- Use initiative and a proactive attitude to help students reach their academic, social, and emotional potential.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good reading, writing, and maths skills, with GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Able to build good, professional relationships with children.
- Works well alone and with others.
