Thistley Hough Academy is seeking an HR Officer to support colleagues through recruitment, onboarding, absence management and employee relations at the Stoke-on-Trent campus.
You will join the Human Resources Team at Creative Education Trust, working with academy leaders and the Regional HRBP to deliver an excellent employee experience while ensuring safeguarding and compliance.
The role requires regular presence on site, with one day per fortnight at Harpfield Primary Academy.
