The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.
What you'll be doing
- Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef to deliver exceptional and warm hospitality.
- Help manage the kitchen team, organizing and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations and an extraordinary dining experience for our guests.
- Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
- Lead and support the team by delegating responsibilities and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
- Coach Chef de Parties on essential cooking techniques, dish presentation, and allergen awareness, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborate with the team to create a variety of dishes, showcasing your creativity and culinary skills across all kitchen areas, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
