We're on the lookout for a commercially minded and relationship-driven National Account Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this key role, you'll work across our hotel portfolio, nurturing relationships with major clients and unlocking revenue opportunities through strategic account management.

You'll partner closely with our hotels, revenue and marketing teams to ensure our strategy is not just aligned, but always one step ahead.
What you'll be doing
- Build and grow revenue through key national and global accounts
- Develop strategic, intelligent Account Development Plans (ADPs) that reflect both hotel goals and client potential
- Use Salesforce to enrich client data, identify growth opportunities, and keep hotels connected to key insights
- Lead reviews with partners that challenge account performance and drive action
- Support negotiations and ensure robust, commercially-sound contracts
- Keep ahead of market trends and target new business with confidence and clarity
- Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to align strategy and drive channel shift
- Analyse booking trends, business mix, and market intelligence to inform decisions
- Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored marketing strategies and targeted hotel-level actions
- Support the delivery of Meetings & Events revenue and group business opportunities
- Represent our brand and values with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
What you'll bring
We need someone who's confident building meaningful, multi-level relationships, backed by strong commercial acumen and a sharp eye for data. You'll be a proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to translate strategy into action.
- Proven ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of key business metrics
- A natural networker and relationship builder
- Comfortable analysing data and presenting insight with clarity and purpose
- Confident operating at senior stakeholder level
- Experience in a similar hospitality-focused national account role
